HAS ANYONE HEARD OF GREENLEAF LEGAL SERVICES THEY DO LOAN MODIFICATIONS?
Yes. The Dept. of Real Estate does not "approve" any loan modification companies. Greenleaf is not a good company to deal with. The Wall Street Journal warns that almost 100% of the "modification" companies are scammers who will take your money and give you nothing in return. The problem is so bad that many mortgage companies now refuse to deal with anyone but the homeowner themself.
