Is it better to deal directly w/ur lender or use the services of a agent/company for a loan modification?
You are going to here from sleeze balls looking to con you asking for a recommendation around here.
I had my fathers loan modified. It was not hard, I called his company, asked for a modification package and simply filled out the form.
I had to fax things multiple times, that was annoying as hell, but that was the only problem.
